Pretty much. Basically most major metropolitan areas. Rural areas are different, which is why I chose one where CCW is actually supported by the local sheriff.

It just might be time to dust off the cobwebs on your AR. Cost of ammo has been slowly going down, recently. Wolf brass-cased .223 is hitting $0.35 per round.

I have 700 rounds stocked up but its my good xm193 stuff. Im all set up to reload another 1k but I need more hodgedon powder......anyone got any 5.56 .223 powder? Ill even take winchester.
