I'm 3hrs north of the bay normally too, and I shoot on my property all the time

Not suppressed obviously (Kalifornia) but it needs that to make the barrel length requirement, so that one is actually CA compliant.

A PS90 already comes with a 16" barrel, so it's legal as is without the fake can...
