that play is indicative of randolph's exuberant but wild play. he'll become a much better player once he gets some experience and settles down.

W's shooting cooling off a bit, and KB is turning it up. should be a great 4th qtr+finish!

that was a rookie mistake in Randolph trying to dunk that ball. Even if Kobe wasn't there, there's no way Randolph would've been able to dunk that ball. It was exactly like Dwight Howard's superman dunk, where he just threw it in instead of dunking. That would've been the only way Randolph would make that ball, if he tried to throw it in, because Odom slowed Randolph's momentum down.

 

Randolph shouldn't feel too bad. KB's snuffed quite a few dudes at the cup in the past....Kirilenko, Deron Williams, Ray Allen to name a few. good to see Mamba still has some spring in those 30 yr old legs tho.

yup, very entertaining game last night. as hapless as the "Warriors" have been over the years, they usually play us pretty well at Oracle. KB seems to fare well there too. it's like his home away from home......weird to hear the Let's Go Lakers! & MVP! chants drowning out the home crowd's murmurs, but if KB can take over the crowds at Arco Arena, Madison Square Garden, and, at times, even Boston Garden, anything's possible.

Marc Jackson's line after KB swatted Randolph's dunk attempt was classic......."You know my name....You've seen my work! Get it outa here, young fella!" lol

 

Had fun at the game last night. I was amazed at how many
Lakeshow fans there are in the bay area. Seats weren't that bad either.

 

cool that you got to hit the game last night, 2cam. shame on me for not trying to hit any of the Lake Show games at Oracle. one of my boys has season tix, but he only offers me the crappy games like vs the Sixers, Grizz, etc. i think he split this season w/2 other guys too. i'm surprised they wanted in, considering how bad the W's are this year.

i'll def try to make at least a couple playoff games at Staples tho. a few of my buds down there have season tix or get corp tix from work. i know it's still gonna cost me, but life is short & this year could be special!

anyways, tonight's game was another one for the ages. we let the hornets back into the game after our bench gave up the 16 pt lead KB+the starters built up. thank God for our other MVP, D-Fish! he really saved us in the last minute of regulation by drawing that charge on Chris Paul's fast break attempt and then hitting that CLUTCH trey to tie the game and get force overtime. after that, it KB-MVP came through again w/9 points in the bonus round to seal the win. props to Lamar for another double-double too. Pau was solid as usual, & Luke gave us some good minutes as well, esp in the first half.

check out the replay of the game at midnight or so.....at least the final 2 minutes of regulation and then the OT period....SUPER exciting!
