i actaully called the b.a.r. and talked with one of the head smog ref for cali... he ask d if my ca r cam e with an intercooler, i said yes.... he asked if i removed any sensors, relocated sensors, or removed any smog equipment to install it, i said no... he then tol me " ther ei sno problem then, i dont car e if you put the darn thing on your roof, or in your trunk.. not illegal if it doesnt mess with sensor s or smog equipment" then he advise dme to make sur emy intake ha d carb sticke r just in case i ge tmessed with at the ref shop....

1)so when you get pulled over and given a ticket, you have something for the judge to laugh at when you fight it

i suck really bad at typing....... and he is faxing me a copy of the state smog inspection handbook... i also have his direct extension, so i can call him.... if i have any problems.... i only got popped becasue i am a man. the fat *** beach ball bulll dyke must of been jealous, thati wa sborn with a **** and not her.... i got "pulled over" sittign in a parking lot lol... for a loud exhaust... odd i was sittign at idle with my silencer in my exhaust...... but what can you do the joys of modding your car in cali..... this is the ticket they gave me becasue my intake had no carb sticker..... as lon g a syou ar enot modding yor emessions devices : cat, sensors. you should be good..... but cali just loves to find a way to screw you.. the rules dont apply if they can make your life hell....
