is led illegal?

I saw an rs with a neon tube in the scoop I
thought it was kinda cool. In most places
as long as it doesn't move or flash or blind
oncoming traffic the cops don't have a prob.
Although some might have a problem if the
lights were red or blue.

I dont know but it seems to me that putting leds in the hood scoop is balancing the line between non ricey and ricey.

I have seen this in first hand and I actualy like the look especialy if you got underbody neons too. It is a very easy process too. As for its legality I would go to a cop station and ask there.
