Car Info: full race 02 Prodrive widebody with 2.5 Cosworth
I just told them when I bought the car not to have one on it. 
I would just take it to the dealer and have them talk it off there so if the scratch the paint its their fauld, but if you wana do it your self just try ti lift a cornor and peel it off and then use 3M rubbing compound to get off the leftover goo.
