Is the single subiegal gauge pod considered illegal???

A.) I have no idea what yer talkin about!

B.) I doubt any gauge pod is illegal, unless its like 12" across and blocks your view.

subiegal is just the distributor of a sinlge gauge pod... it fits in the bottom left corner of the windshield. as seen here in the 'for sale' section:

I think it looks fairly clean.... i was just wondering if it's considered an "obstruction" kinda like something dangling off the rearview mirror. I didn't know if i could get a ticket for something like that or not. anyone sure on this issue before i go making my wallet lighter!????

Dear god...worst webpage EVAR!!! I guess it goes perfectly with her complete lack of personality over on NASIOC.

You never know until you try...and you're not going to get pulled over for just the gauge pod. So if a cop has you pulled over, and is actually that nit-picky, you're F'd already because he's going to find your illegal exhaust/intake, etc

 

Oh yah and...my stanford parking permit blocks more of the windshield than that thing.

you're probably right.... the only thing i'll probably have to look out for is cops that notice it.

If they spot it and i drive 'normally' they probably can't do anything. But if im like the typical Mustang GT driver with a 120mm temp gauge on the dash who burns out on a green light (man i hate those idiots) then i'd surely get pulled over because the cop would be waiting for me to screw up

 

why are you worrying about a gauge pod? I mean serious, a cop wouldn't even know it was aftermarket from outside. Maybe if you had no cats and your exhaust was extremely loud but a gauge pod of that size in that location isn't atracting any attention to your car. Give me a break...

 

yeah screw it... i always overreact about things like this. just don't want to do something that's going to get me pulled over every time im at an intersection next to the Poepoe's.

I have that pod....no obstruction. You get used to it and don't even notice it. Plus, you cant see it from outside the car, and I dont think a cop will be looking for that. You'll be ok with it.

$67 for that. And I thought the HKS "meter cups" for $40 we're disgustingly over priced.
