I have not dealt with Jamie since. The issue I had with her was because of a blatant disregard to informing the customer. Simple as that. Not only was the product not in stock at the time, but there wasn't any ETA from the company and factory. This information was not relayed to me as it should have been for a potential refund. Numerous attempts were made on my part via email to contact her for a status. None of those emails were received until they became more hostile.
A lot may have changed with Jamie’s business practices in the last two years. Although my bad incident leads me to believe that specific products were in stock for those few lucky individuals posting. Again, I cannot verify this so I’ll give Jamie the benefit of the doubt for the time being. I have nothing against her anymore. That being said, I’ve noticed people jumping on the bash-Jamie bandwagon over the past 2 years. I find it funny that some of these people have no connections with her whatsoever. They poke fun at her for a number of reasons just to keep the current thread interesting.
I'll also admit that I was guilty of the occasional bump for the sake of comedy. Regardless, these shenanigans need to stop unless it's a legitimate business complaint. Period. I applaud Boost Addict for speaking his mind about a vendor but it should have been done in a separate thread. This is assuming he already went through every measure to contact Jamie in order to rectify the problem at hand.
