See what the manufacturer recommends. Perrin, for instance, will void your warranty if their headers crack and you had them wrapped.

Wrapping them means faster spool and lower temps under the hood, which definitely will help if you are still running a TMIC.

Well wrapping does make it more prone to cracking

More stress on the metal, or it causes the metal to fatigue faster or something like that. When I was putting the wrap on my header I kinda guessed why, just feeling it on there and looking at it kinda made me think that it was gonna crack lol

Nah not yet surprisingly. I even drove through a flood that completely submerged the header underwater (in Texas) and it didn't crack.

I would call the manufacturer of the brand you decide on and talk to them. They will know what works best for performance & reliability.

Stop trolling posts you stupid retard. People use the word around and roughly because it's pretty hard to get a 100% consistency on pulls. You again, question some other post instead of relating it back toward the OPs question. Haven't you been banned once before? I could go around correcting grammar on the board but that would be entirely **** to knit pick. We aren't a NASIOC forum who gang bangs people, but you are not even answering the OPs topic and turned this informational thread into another one of your do-hickeys.

Stop taking the post off the OPs question. You can ask someone how they made that kind of power with that kind of mods, but commenting and crying about "around" and "roughly" is just asking for another ban.

Besides your tires slashed, I think you need your engine filled with sugar.

I was seriously about to read this post since it reached the second page for good information, and midway through the thread dies because of the retard who doesn't understand the idea of posting information, instead cries about the word around and roughly. STOP THAT CRAP! I want to read what the OPs post is about, not about you being a retard taking the thread off the topic.
