If you don't mind basic alignments, Firestone has a lifetime alignment for $169 or something around that price. Go as often as you want, only that one time cost, after that, just bring the car in.
For the price, they'll only get you in factory specs, unless you have a cool tech. I think they may have an exotic alignment, where you can dial in more aggressive numbers.

You will not achieve the best/optimal handing alignment without
-Front Camber plates, even with bolts, I say it'll max out around 1.5
-Rear links from cusco, whiteline etc, dunno if the whiteline camber kit will get you enough.
Newer models suck due to how it was set up for aligning from factory.

Even the older models were bad. However, it is cheaper for us to get the ability to adjust rear camber being MacPherson based front and rear.
Just hold off for now and get it aligned. You won't be able to adjust the rear camber until you get adjustable rear lower control arms or the camber adjustment bushings. For now, get the car aligned and get as much camber you can from the front. I believe Huck only has springs on his GR and is running -1.7 degrees front and rear and his car turns pretty well in autox. Of course, he also has 275 ZIIs on the car

at least I got what I paid for in the past and will most likely no go there anymore since they are super hard headed... I need to now find an alignment place that will do my car to the best possible with the parts I have currently. Hoping I can get it done by tomorrow since its getting annoying to drive the car with the steering wheel angled
any recommendations for a shop in Los Altos/Peninsula area?

They have an amazing alignment machine, but I was turned down the last time I went there for an alignment. The one doing alignments didn't want to touch camber bolts, even stock ones. Maybe they've changed since then.
Yea...they really tried to push me to get adjustable lateral links. I made them put camber bolts in the rear and he kinda *****ed about it. I still don't think the price was too bad considering that it took a little extra time adding the camber bolts and making sure they got the toe to zero all around.

I might just do that on Wednesday before the meet... want to come visit since you work near :P
