I see that it is giving illegal immigrants money to attend school and it sucks because there are people who need it that maybe won't be receiving it. But at the same time, there are legal people who are simply taking advantage of state/federal programs such as welfare. They should be addressed as well because I see more white or anglo american and african american people, who are obviously legal on the corners and at freeway exits asking for money than illegal immigrants. They are legal, they should work, not ask for money. That ish is ridiculous. Flame suit on!

Milk is expensive nowadays... And it's funny how the government makes it so easy for illegals to get free checking accounts, credit cards with a fake social security number, k-12 grade education, some states even let illegals obtain a drivers license with a single birth certificate and that it's (WA, OR)...
The worst part is that there are some that are murderers and they still come back in. When the do small crimes ICE does not come down to deport them, they have to graduate to BIG crimes to get deported. LAME

I know of a white chick (college student) that leeches off the system and uses financial aid and welfare to buy redbulls and donuts. There are leechers on both sides but I will agree that this bill is bull****. We shouldnt be handing out money to fund for illegals education only because nothing is stopping them from going back to India or China and using said knowledge there to become successful.
I understand not everyone has it easy as far as having money to immigrate here and apply for residency the proper way but tough luck. Life is unfair. It took my family 20+ years of paying taxes and being here legally to finally gain residency. If you want it, you find a way to earn it.
Too many ****ing handouts in this country. The whole concept of work hard, enjoy success and buy a house w/ a white picket fence aka the American dream is all but lost now
