Yea I hear you mate, I get that one about the sticker and about the review posting weekly.
It's a tough nut to crack as I think everyone of the Bay area vendors works their asses off and tries their best for their customers in a market that is rife with sub par parts, low balling and now a crappy economy to make matters even worse.
Let's be honest none of us are making enough money to be able to buy multiple villa's in some far off sun soaked country to retire in and driving $200k sports cars to and from work, the fact of this business is your in it because you love it and if your lucky you'll make enough money to pay the bills and the odd naughty weekend with the wife
While I am certain we all strive to do the best we can mistakes happen and we all try our best to take care of them, for the most part customers are more than satisfied with the outcome but every now and then perhaps not so but again we all try.
