Exclamation LAST CALL FOR BAM VENDORS!!! Anyone who wants to be a vendor ACT NOW!

Hello everyone,

August 9th is coming up and we need to finalize the vendor list so we can get the BAM shirts ready for everyone. The vendor list as of now looks like this:

GST Motorsports
LIC Motorsports
dbTuned
SubyDude
Speed Element
EQ Tuning
Huck G Designs
FLI Motorsports
Rally Armor

We also have Sigma Pi's co, not sure if they are in or out, let me know.

If anyone else wants to sponsor the event, please contact me ASAP. The more vendors we have, the better quality the meet will be. All money goes directly into paying for the rental fees, supplies, food, and drink. The combo of vendors and members paying for a small entry fee will make this event into the quality event that it is. This isn't a meet, it's a festival, and festivals are EXPENSIVE! Its almost like throwing a large wedding.

Again, this is for the 9th annual BAM festival, we're expecting 350+ cars, and in the area of 500 or so people. The event takes place at Stafford Lake in Novato. In the past this event has been held at Joseph D. Grant park on Mt Hamilton, but sadly we've outgrown that site, but our new location is even more beautiful then Mt Hamilton, so this year is going to be GREAAAAAAT!

This used to be the BIGGEST event in North America, and is now in the top 5 of biggest subaru events in the nation. Vendors can make a simple presence to get their name out, or they can serve and sell on site.

I'm not sure if anyone has any Subaru Of America ties, but It'd be great to have them out again, however they are possibly the most difficult people to get ahold of in the history of time, so I'm sure my emails have fallen on deaf ears. If you know someone who works for Subaru that can get them to come out and make a presence, PLEASE let me know. Greta thing about Subaru is they always give some great prizes and swag (sp?) away!

So here's your chance to be part of one of the biggest subaru events in the nation in it's 9th year. This is a perfect event for new vendors that want their names out there.

we had 320 three years ago, the year after wasn't a full on meet as it was last min... last year was not a meet organized by me which is why it had 120 cars. This year is going to be beyond any other year, especially now that we have enough room.
