not sure what class id be in, i just have some random basic cooper all-seasons (dealer that i bought the car from put them on) apparently they are a rating down from what is supposed to be on the car (like for a subaru L, not the RS)
but, i can guess is that the people working at the autox's would be friendly enough to help a n00b find a class

Do you guys think I can pass tech with the hood not bolted down on one side. I have the hood pins and latch holding it down, the stock screws on the other side, and zip ties on the other side.
The side that is not bolted down, is being held down by the zipties. Yeah.

I want to come out but might not be possible.
Dad said that I "need" to concentrate on school work and that I should auto-x after summer school is done. Grrr...
Not to mention that my car is at my mom's place and I can't borrow my sister's car to drive over there and get the stupid thing....

Yeah. I know. That was the only thing I was looking forward to this weekend. 
I am purposely going to sleep in late. My dad would probably be like... why did you sleep in so late. That's a waste of time. And I'll be like... well... I would of been up and out of the house by 7 and back by 12... if you let me go auto-x'ing... but I guess not.
Everything I've ever bought or done, he has criticized me for...
Zip Drive - bought that and 2 weeks later, HD/computer crashed.
CD-Burner - did that too, but he ended up asking me to burn tax software for the rest of the family
Car Alarm - did that too, but that saves $300 a year on car insurance
Wheels and tires - paid dirt for them and he was like... where do you get all this money? Your friends are probably trying to make ends meet. I work... my friends don't. Their mommy and daddy bring them up food every week

I think I'll hit up the Sac region next week. I probably should adjust height and dampening on my car before I do anything. Man... really wanted to go.

You missed a short,quick course,Kev. Plus you had 2 competitors in Novice, Tony (bugeye sedan) who's attended a few before, and a silver wagon.
