I wanted to give a big thanks to gagan for all the pointers and the 2 ride alongs. All the auto-x guys there were extremely friendly and helpful.

Sorry I didnt get to meet all of you out there, I recognized quite a few cars, but don't know the drivers

Yeah... I really wanted to go. I was cranky all day. Didn't give a f*** about anything. I was hella ticked off. Maybe next time. I still have a lot of work to do on my car. I need to do some ride height adjustments and fix my hood. One of my vents are loose and one side of the hood isn't even bolted down.

I think I might go to the one in Stockton. Going to mess around with the set-up. Kind of fine tune it I guess. Hopefully some of you guys will be able to make it out to that one.

Yeah twas quite fun...I need to learn to brake harder/earlier. My precious front advans are thrashed from plowing through the tight corners

 

Yeah. Even though you only get three runs, you always come out learning something new. You should sign up for the SCCA membership and get more events in. And when next year rolls around, you can sign up for auto-x school.

I also gotta learn to brake earlier. I was always carrying too much speed through those tight corners. =( Understeer was not my friend today, and it never will be.

I came in second in BSP-N, although I looked at the past events and both guys that run in that class are no longer novices by SCCA rules

 

Yeah you're telling me, I basically pushed the front end around the that whole back corner section. Perhaps I gotta

1) Braker earlier
2) Play with tire pressure

Then maybe I can actually rotate the car instead of drifting through the gravel

I still can't believe that I'm still not giving it 100% . I don't know if I will ever attack with everything I have, or keep learning later that I could've been faster. *sigh*
