current DA... kamila harris. she doesnt believe in the death penalty. even though one of her first big cases, was an SFPD killed in the line of duty.

 

I'm sorry that happened. The guy sounds like a real loser and not an example of what standards cops should be held to.

 

seriously! i have heard regular trucks sounding like a bat out of hell drivin around. and most of the trucks around where i live have some definate rumble that isn't stock. i personally like cars with mufflers, but some cars and trucks can be a little obnoxious.

 

I can't believe there are some many of these good cop and bad cop posts going on.
cops are just people after all. some people are good some are bad. Most police officers are good people. however good people with power under their belt sometimes go off on a power trip. (I know I probably would). Its a fact, a police officer goes mostly unchecked when they have their uniform and badge on they do whatever they want. if they are having a bad day they at likely to take it out on the people they come encounter with.
I've had my fair share of horrible run in with cops (side note is it just me or the motorcycle cops have an extra cup of anger in the morning)
I still respect them for what they do and am glad they are there if i need assistance.

i dont want to get into my story, its too long. when you guys get a chance to go and sit in one of these MOCK court, you will find out that 10/10 the cops wins. there are no checks and balances in this fake court. the reason i say FAKE is because it is FAKE court. the judge isnt even a judge but called a commisioner. the Fake court doesnt follow REAL court procedures. request for certain paperworks and court procedures are all denied.

basically it says, in order deprive me of my $$$$$$ you need to do it in a Court of LAW (real Judge, real JURIES of MY PEERS, a courtroom recorder, lawyers on both sides, etc). One Commisioner deciding or ruling on your case are called Military Tribunal(one ruler or rule by one) your CONSTITUTION does not exist here. if you dont believe be me....i challenge any of you to go to the Fake court and in front of the fake judge and ask this.
Before you plea one of the 3(guilty, not guilty, no contest)...First ask if you can ask the court a question? if yes, ask "DOES THIS COURT RECOGNISE THE UNITED STATE CONSTITITION AND THE CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION? YES OR NO?" a few things going to happen. you gonna get his or her undivided attention w/ a loooooong pause.... then the fake judge will same something like " I will not answer that" so why not you ask? well if he/she said "NO" then this court has no jurisdiction to hear you plea. the Constitution and the Amendment are LAW of the LAND. so your're out of there. ask for your case to be dismiss. if he/she said "YES", ask if this court is a "CIVIL or Criminal court?" the Constitutional Amendment protect us and only recognise Civil or Criminal court(go check if you dont believe). your case is neither. he/she won't say Civil or Criminal. they'll just go back to "dont waste the court's time and what do you plead sh#t?" a few more minutes of back and forth w/ clearly no direct answers, a big#ss bailif will probably direct you to site down. they dont want you to speak the truth in front of all the sheeps waiting to pay.

ps. i know a lot of friends/customer cops in all agency over the years. when the badges are off and the boys are being boyzzz, bad cop behavior stories starts to rear its heads
