hey ed,well looks like i got rid of that turbo and will have a new one here in a couple days.imon the fence with it though.hta68 or a td05-20g.

20g. The hta68 won't make much more power than a vf series.

Sounds good! I hope you understand that the TD06 with 8cm housing will be quite a bit laggier than the turbo you had.

Great power, no doubt. But they are significantly laggier than a 7cm housing. It all depends on what you're looking for.

after the complete **** i just went through with creep i wasnt taking a chance with a 7cm2 hotside.just isnt worth it.id fire bomb the car if it happened again
im ok with a little lag.having the EL header helps with spool so im not to worried plus ill be using a MUCH better tmic so its a win win for me
since the car is down i figure ill change out the plugs
what should i have them gapped at?im running lfr7aix which are on step colder

aren't those plugs iridiums? NGK says NOT to gap them as the tips are too fragile
they should already be gaped from the box to your application.
Please correct me if I'm wrong

if im correct they come gapped at .033?let me double check
ok,they come gapped at .030 from ngk.i used a feeler gauge and they were all dead on.gave each one a very light tap and went on my way

There's no problem gapping iridiums as long as you're careful. I've never broken a single plug to date
