Maybe we could start a huge public works project to build tons of JDAMs to drop on Iran. I'm talking millions of them. It would employ tons of people increasing employment. At the same time it would be built in a "green model" community where all the workers drove electric scooters to work and used bio-degradable trash-bags and conserved water at every opportunity which would help the environment. With these great successes reaching the paper consumer confidence would grow and people would begin to spend money. Employers would expand business and interest rates would become solid. With all this the American dollar would gain value. All the while Iran is becoming worried. They've increased gas imports which combined with the increasing valuable american dollar pleases American consumers. The American people begin to see Iran as a valuable ally. Then America sends hundreds of thousands of soldiers to Iran to protect its oil interests there. Then we have cheap gas, a solid American dollar and millions of JDAMs to drop on other prospective enemies without endangering large amounts of American soldiers and Marines finally giving the Air Force a chance to earn it's keep.

Your comment is a testament to your lack of intelligence and only reaffirms my statemenet about how out of touch with reality some of us amurricans are.

Sorry to offend all the Wyomingers (all 450,000) but i feel the only states that have a good sense of what goes on in the rest of the world lie on the coasts. The rest, with a few exceptions, are the Red states that helped us get into this cluster****.
Wind BTW will help us save more gas so that there will be more left that I can power my impreza with dip****....
I do feel I (and every American) can say whatever the hell I want regardless of income. I took a bullet in both thighs fighting off 2 carjackers and lived through it and so, I live my life to the fullest and by my own accord. Forgive me if i dont give two ****s about you, your state or your opinion.

PS. The only ******* im sucking come in a pair and are imported from Brazil.
Now go home and beat your wife buffalo******

forgive me I-clubbers for the ugliness of this post. But nobody will talk **** to me without a swift rebuttle.

Sorry man, but you are the one who is out of touch with reality here. It is obvious to me that you have not seen much of the “real” America. Sure, we have our share of dumbasses, but so does every nation. To say that “the only states that have a good sense of what goes on in the rest of the world lie on the coasts" is extremely ignorant and is a testament to either your lack of intelligence or simply your inability to cope with differing opinions.

I agree with you on wind power, but you need to get outside and attempt to understand what America is really made of. It’s a lot more than a simple map of red and blue states. I’m sure your father is a brilliant man, but relying on his opinions and expertise is only going to get you so far. You have to understand the people and the issues yourself.
Cheers

Ive been to 21 of our states and and I have seen the vast differences in culture from state to state firsthand. I firmly believe that the more populated states and their corresponding metropolitan communities have the most diverse cultures and thus have better understanding of the world as a whole....Those states with few exceptions, as i stated, just happen to be on the coasts. Is this not a fact???
Ive seen the "real" america when I lived in Oakland and I came face to face with a .357 and came out of it with 4 holes in my legs and the attackers gun in my hand. I am not some spoonfed slackjaw with self righteous opinions. I worked in construction and many other jobs trying to make a dollar. Im just trying to put out there some info that may enlighten some of those who are otherwise misguided. All in hopes of showing people that war isnt good for anyone and thats really what this thread is about.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion and i respect that and ill argue against it as well. Its my god given right as an American.
I just cannot stand those whos minds are so warped by the media that they already have their idea what life is like outside the US having never been outside their home state let alone the US to see for themsleves the REAL WORLD....Then come onto a forum and say some s#!t that is just beyond stupid. Sorry but I expected more from some of the I-clubbers in this thread. Im done with this thread f*@# you all. Goodnight.

I'd like to remind people that no state has ever won an election without winning I believe Ohio and Iowa. Remember how much campaigning happened in Iowa earlier this year. It's been said many times over that the mid-west embodies America's consensus on issues the best. It's less polarized than the coasts. That said I don't feel any region in Alaska should be seen as any "less" important than anywhere else. Plus the mid-west is the bread basket of America and provides us most of our resources, especially agriculturally.

Basically, can we get back to Iran or should we just start a new thread?

Do we:

1. Wait until they attack.

2. Pre empt their asses.

3. Do nothing.

im gonna go ahead and speak for congress and say.... Do nothing cower int he corner to the might of the Iranian oligarchy. then ask for peace negotiations. Sometimes i hate the US public and their gullible approaches to world relations. If the majority of the people in this country had some *****.... that piece of **** country would already be rubble. ... excuse me. the landscape would have even MORE rubble than it already possesses.
