I thought they hated us for our religion. But remarks aside we won't nuke them. And we serously don't have the man power to invade so proably nothing. OF course unless Jr. gets elected again and he does something stupid, which I wouldn't put it past him....

 

At this point the general public is equivalent to a bunch of mushrooms... despite chants, we really have no idea on what Iran's motives are. All we can say is that it's very suspect after Iran denied the EU's proposal for the same damn thing. It just doesn't make sense to not take that offer and I think many here will agree.

I'm tired of other countries starting pissing contests with the USA. We need to raise the stakes of terrorism and nuclear opposition to an all time high... sorta like Israel does to Palestine. Tell Osama that we'll vaporize any and all Muslim sacred targets and captives if he blinks -and- likewise for opposition in other countries. I'm sorry but this is the way I feel now... I'd rather have a Islamic-American cold war than see anymore death. Seriously, this is no different than ***** measuring contest as far as I’m concerned.

We need to either be 110% pussified pacifists and back down on everything that’s thrown at us -or- put all the chips in the middle of the table. There’s really no way to do this because there’s always some party for -or- against such actions. Therefore, I fear the worst for America at times and expect a nuclear bomb to hit our soil by 2010.

 

This is true but unfortunately leads back to this:

There's absolutely no way we can attack another country for having nuclear weapons with nuclear weapons. That would be like punishing your kids for drugs with white powder on your nose.

The days of offensive nuclear attack from the USA are LONG gone... the only way we could justify usage is after we've been hit by one. So... we'll just wait & wait some more until we get hit again.

 

WOW your kidding me your suggeting we start using nukes?! Are you crazy?! Do you know what that will do at all?! Our nukes are WAY stronger now than they were when we bombed Japan.

 

i think that what salty is saying is that right now we are sitting ducks. every Muslim country wants to see our demise and will stop at nothing to start **** with us... the only way to suppress this threat is to use your might to stop them scared cold!
