neither... either way the prop goes we cross a dangerous line where state has the ability to set mandates for religion.
IMO we need to change the who "marriage license" thing to a "civil union license". marriage is a aged religious institution that has little use in our modern society (just look at divorce rates) and does not belong in our legal system.
that way everyone, man, woman, goat, whatever gets a "civil union" and churches can "marry" who they choose.

So you are a bigot? It is a hateful proposition attenpting to deny the most basic of rights to those who deserve to be treated like a human being. It is being supported by hateful groups spreading lies in an attempt to force their hatred into becoming law. I remember a time about 50 years ago when it was illegal and immoral for whites and balcks to marry, this is the same issue with a different group.
i believe marriage was meant for a man and a woman. and thats it...
i think homosexuals can be together, just not married.
i have homosexual friends and hang out with them often cause they are chill.. i have told them y i would vote yes on 8 and they understood my answer.. so i dont care what anyone has to say, its my beliefs so get ur own if u dont like it

Ok lets talk about a little right and wrong here. Is it wrong to be black? Hell NO. Is it wrong to put parts of your anatomy into stinky places that it does not belong? HELL YES....Homosexuality has been around for a long time, and it has until the last 10-15 years been kept scret and viewed upn by almost all to be WRONG. Because Most people are born knowing that bumping clams while fun to wach is just as wrong as sodomy. Its just anotomically and idealogically wrong. if it was ok to be gay we would all be hermaphrodites. Who knows if your into darwinism maybe if things keep going the way they are we will all evolve into hermaphrodies. OK OK I hope you all understand I am trying to make light of the situation and I did not mean to offend anyone and am just presenting a view on a topic.

So you think being gay is a choice? Who would choose a life like that, having to hide yoru true self from society for fear of being an outcast? Homosexuality occurs in nature all of the time, are gays and lesbians not people too? Do they not deserve the same basic human rights that you and I deserve?
