Nagging Noise in 02 WRX Wagon

wagons will tend to hear "wheel slap" simply because the struts are "right there" there is no trunk to disguise it. even after i put in my sti suspension it still made the same noise(just a little louder). . . go figure. everything is fine, i even tightened everything good. i wonder if i put a STB in the back if it will still make the same noise.

Perhaps it is the RSB hitting the muffler? IF it happens when coming offa bump it makes sense. The RSB is dropping at that point and *could* be the swaybar hitting the top of the muffler.
I don't have the sound, and I have a smaller (BPM Twister Mk III) exhaust "canister" than the stock one.
Just a thought.
