Is it possible that the gasket that connects the flange to the IC might be causing it? I have 2 new gaskets and I'll use one when I re-connect the stocker but the CEL is gone.

Hey guys, well I still have that leak, I fixed the flange, put a new gasket on and used gasket sealant to make sure it's all good. I'm still not getting vacuum and I would like to figure out how to fix it before I have to go in to get my clutch replaced and the car all checked out.

Speaking of clutches, since mine is slipping would this be a good place to buy it from?

Does anyone know the bolts needed to mount the original BPV to the intercooler? The previous owner put the BOV on and got rid of the bolts. =(

Have you installed an aftermarket intake recently? Just a guess....sometimes aftermarket intakes can make a car run really strange!
