WRX seat troubles.

Has anyone else had troubles with their WRX drivers seat? Mine has given me periodic trouble since I got the car, it would loosen up every few weeks, usually after heavy stop and go gridlock. I finally got tired of fixing it myself and took it to the dealership for repair, they've said that it's something they've seen before, and are going to install a new frame. Is this a pretty common problem?

My seat just started making a metalic "clinking" noise when I sit down.... WTF is this? Nat Nate 1 8 3, did your seat make noise when it was coming loose?
