Does anyone knows how many points can you have in your record before the DMV suspend your license????

 

2? I think. My license was suspended after I got 2 points, but both of them were from the same incident (wreckless driving). For a while I was driving around with 4 points on my record. I am doing better though. I am at 3 now.

 

4 points in 12 months, 6 in 24 months and your CDL goes away

 

yea what ^ smyamaha said, they start going away after 2 years i think, not too sure, i have 3 pts....1 traffic stop, 1 speeding and 1 flipping the car =D

 

iirc cumulative of 4 points in 12 mo., 6 points in 24 mo., or 8 points in 36 mo. will earn you a bus pass

Points start going away 2 years DMV 3 years insurance companies.

Or if you want it super fast taken away get a DUI

 

I have 1 point now and got a speeding ticket in pacifica this friday

got a 90 in a 70 last night... was at 0.. +2 for me

 

just got all my points takin off in jan and my 25th b-day is coming up. For the past 3 years ive spent well over $1800 every 6 months on insurance. Now with the points off im paying $595 every 6 months!! wooooooooooo. Gotta keep an eye out for those rollers

 

I have gotten two tickets, but so far I have been able to space them out 18months apart so I can take traffic school. 12 more months (so long =[ ) and I can resume my usual mobbing lol

 

i had 3 points, now im down to 1, i had 4 points and a suspended cdl, about 8 yrs ago, for drag racing, now im good, i learned my lesson reaL QUICK
