Chanel Choco Phone by Fred de GARILHE

However, once it's put to use, the fiber optics come to life and the phone lights up. Without a doubt one of the most interesting concepts to be devised in recent memory, however one must wonder how the functionality will come into play without a major mobile phone company designing the hardware.

LG prada is just a small touch screen.. it's less than a $800 for sure.
http://www.importgsm.com/home.php has a decent catalog of phones. I wouldn't buy it there since they're expensive but they could give you an idea of which import is decent out there.
