I just recently purchased a phone (last week actually) and have been reading cellphone reviews. the Samsung sync seems to be a great phone at first, but after reading reviews on it, the phone lacks quality in the most basic function - the damn phone call. users say that call quality sux.

 

what phone did you end up getting?

 

i'm debating on the Iphone...

 

i ended up with the samsung D900 (aka Black Carbon, it didnt come with a carbon fiber cover !_! J/k). it has a 3mp camera. sounds good don't it? but it's not, hahah. it takes like frikken 5 seconds for it to capture a picture, so you and the thing/person you are shooting at better stay really still. picture quality is nice tho if you do capture a pix, haha. this phone is supposedly the thinnest sliding phone. i've only had the phone for a week and my only gripe with it is the slow camera (i knew about this before i got the phone from user reviews, but i dont use the camera function all too much anyways). otherwise, my phone calls have been good and clear. i dont go online with the phone so i am not sure about the quality of those functions, but if i ever change my mobile plan to include internet capabilities, im sure this phone will perform fine. but once again, i've only had the phone for a week, havent tinkered with all the functions yet.

i have both these phones on order as some of you might know before xmas time but they are still having a hard time getting them due to either lack of inventory or slow-release of the item.
