maybe where u live but in the over two years i have had them never any issues with reception like i had with cingular. only down side is the phones are burdened with verizons software but its not a huge deal to me im never gonna mod my phone to do anything crazy

they have touch pro (fuze) on verizon but there's more community for gsm phones at least with what i do with my phone... as long as you have a non-brew phone then it's good. att should be changing 3g to 850 band soon, woot.

 

well if you compare certain phone they do cripple more features than the competitors. they don't seem to do it with the blackberry.

customer service has been good for me always took care of phone issues i had

as for coverage u go with what works in ur area

 

but they have better coverage then most out there.
