You need to go to court and talk to the Judge, you can plea "Guilty with an Explanation" Ask him if he could reduce the charges and the fine. You were aware that you sped, but did not feel like you exibited speed. It will get you like 1 point that you can go to traffic skool, and not a misdameanor with 2 point (that sticks for years). Good Luck PhoPunk916! It don't hurt to try man!

Thanks for the advice but its cool. I'm gonna man up and pay the fines and try my best to see if i can go to traffic school even though i know it will only get one point off. I'm not that kid that asks his mom for money to pay for ticket and everything else. I have enough money to pay the ticket + insurance premiums w/ this ticket in my record. Hey its life and i have to pay to play right?

Enjoy going to Criminal Court for you Misdameanor then, I still would ask to have it reduced to a moving violation instead of taking the ticket the way it say, you go be a man! But sometimes when you need another Job to pay for the ins. premium, car payment more tickets, you might not get it cause of this. You'd never be able to work at a job that you have to drive for 7 years! I'm just advising you that 7 years is longer than you relationship with your Suby! Good Luck Punk!

You have a few options,
Request a chance of venue, or an extension a court date, and if possible get it at the crappiest time possible, that way the officer won't want to work the over time.

If you can get some certified technical data on AWD and how hard it is to chirp the wheels.

Get pics of the speed limit signs if it indeed a 45 and you got busted for it being 35. What was you direction of travel? If it was on Power Inn north towards Gerber, the lights are almost to close together to reach 65 with out really trying. Get the distances between the lights if need be.

Alternatively, you can shrug your shoulders, pay the fine and say "fug it."

^^ not sure if all that applies to an exhibition of speed.. since it is a misdemeanor.. and that requires a court a appearance...heres whats gonna happen:
you show up to court, most likely talk to the DA prior to talking to the judge.. they will want your story, from there they will make a recomendation to the judge, then youll get to see and talk to the judge ( when your called). most likely the misdemeanor will be dropped to like a level 3 traffic violation and fines will be dropped slightly. you will not be able to take traffic school, so get ready for your insurance rates to increase, and really pucker up for this one.. as its still going to be like $600

i know this, because ive been there and done that...live and learn, and avoid trying to get exhibition of speed tickets like the plague

Thanks for all the tip!!! I love the idea of shruggin my shoulders and saying fug it but I will at least try to get the fines to a lower level...

and as for "this if the first time ive heard someone getting a ticket and just not want to fight it. wahts this world coming to?"

You pay to play.
