Yes i was at 65 + a billion other people on THAT road. If any of you guys travel on powerinn going towards calvine, you know what im talking about. Thats like saying i got pulled over going 80mph on 99 towards I-80. Who doesn't. By the way, I do not launch the car and DID NOT, DID NOT squeak my tires going straight. Who the hell does that with a awd car. Unless i have a million + hp + very bald tires i can. If i can prove that subaru's cant do burnouts for more than 2 seconds, i would say it in court, but i have no proof.. only thing i have is mouth against cops thinking i own a fwd or rwd.

Fact: it was a 45 speed limit.
Fact: I cant burnout.

Loss: I did speed like any other on that certain road.

Weird Fact: She saw me at elsie / powerinn and pulled me over at chandler street (around 3-4 lights away).

Fact: LYSOL kills 99.99% of germs in your house.

Dude, you did the crime... Man up and pay, or man up and fight it.

These threads are getting old... you don't wanna get in trouble, don't have a large wing on your car, don't have lights that look like tezzys (altezzas) on your car. OH WAIT... don't you have a freaking straight pipe on your car?!? IMO...you deserve it.

"but but but but but....everyone else does. blah blah blah blah"
You were 'ridin dirty' and got in trouble for it. Pay it or Fight it. Simple

you are right sir. It was a huge smack in the face reading your post... I WILL not fight this and WILL pay. And if i can, i WILL go to traffic school to get at least one point deducted. Thank you sir for clearing my head.... i really do deserve it. It coulda been alot worse and i was babying about it..
1) car coulda been impounded because of mods
2) coulda been arrested if she calls it a street race act
3) coulda been alot worse than just this fine...

Once again, thank you Mad Rabbit.

Is this a street race ticket or what? I did not get the car impounded but only one citation... I don't know what to do. I searched it up and there was soo many and that is why im confused. 23109 has a couple different meanings: street race, exhibition of speed. I do know it is 2 point.

I know i can go to court and try to fight but i don't want to upset the officer or the judge.

My point...
1) while driving the oppisite way after the ticket, i found out that it was a 45mph road.
2) AWD.

Im afraid that it is a street racing ticket whereas she should of towed away my car and arrest me... She did say a car was next to me and I was speeding which counts as racing... by the way, the car was a corolla that was next to me. If it were to be a street contest ticket, shouldn't it say "Street contest" on the line instead of "Exhibition of speed"?
