Scott, is your vet an ultrasound specialist? I was able to get a walk-in appt tonight and we had bloodwork and x-ray done (after providing a sample puke and we've tried changing food, seperate feeding, etc) and they found nothing of immediate concern. They did notice that her heart looks a little big so we had a heartworm test run, which came back clean, so they recommended an ultrasound on the heart and intestines to look for a thickness in the intestines or for indicators of heart disease.

I do not know if they can do that in-house, but if anyone can, they will be able to.

Larry's wife is a vet there as well and she is hooked into all of the high tech and experimental procedures that are around.

If they cannot do that, they will at least be able to recommend someone, possibly at UCD.

lol owned. Our aggressive cat is a siamese/lynx mix. He is very smart and can be a real ****head when he feels like it, but generally he's really sweet. He follows us around and hangs out with us wherever we are. He's laid on the couch next to me nearly all day every day while I've been hurt.

yeah, that's kind of how our siamese is. she's really good like 85% of the time. but when she gets wound up, it's pretty bad.

When I lived down there I took my animals to the UCD vet. They are students working with doctors. It's much cheaper and I felt they really cared about my animals. even though they were pits.
