No its not. It just passes smog.
It will not pass the 95db sound test and you can still get a ticket for loud exhaust.

Therefore its illegal.

To be fair, 95db is damn loud. My exhaust is loud as ****, I put a meter up to it and it clocked in at 93db.



And there is this little gem...

****, c'mon dude, everyone has street raced on here at least once, if not many. You, of all people, who tunes Subies for what, more power which equates to more speed, which equates to doing nothing but winning races if the occasion arises. You don't mod your car to drive slow, everybody i know with WRX/STi's drive fast, it's what it's made for, you wanna go slow then buy a corolla or civic-lol.
