so far the project has been about 5 grand for various parts and services. i bought a handful of parts along the way as well that add to this total. its going to be more once the car is finished though, still have a couple things to pay for

little update
engine is out, ac belts are off, timing covers are off, crank pulley is off as well. I'm hoping to get the timing belt and cam sprockets removed before today is over. hopefully ill commence work Wednesday on my day off

edit some more here
got the timing belt and one cam sprocket off, im going to try a different way to get the cam sprockets hopefully tomorrow then ill probably have the heads off by wednesday

driver's side head is off.
still cant get the damn cam gears off, those bolts are incredibly tight. I was planning on taking the heads to lic today but it looks like thats not going to happen

both heads are off yay
took the heads to the shop as well, but i forgot some stuff (didnt know i need them) so ill get the rest to them on monday, right before they go off to the head shop

had some down time today, threw on a couple decals. for some reason, i didnt take a picture of the engine :/ its out and on a stand with no heads though

done with the interior, got an update, heads will be done wednesday and ready for me to pickup. not really much to do now. fixed a couple things that were bugging me, steering rack lines up good now, which is nice, i had a problem with that awhile back.
I also have a set of sparco sprints coming in on monday that are going in, got a killer deal on them, never used, 430 shipped for 2 compared to 600 + shipping. pretty happy about that
