I hope the rain they forecast for Saturday is like the rain they forecast for today. There wasn't any. Now if only I had my new bike. I'm with Eddy. I want it now!!!

is the connector parking lot the one down the road to the lake or is it the higher one up on forest hill rd.?

lol, well, if you come up old foresthill rd, just turn right on to foresthill rd, then immediate left on to lower clementine road. Come in about one mile or so and you should see my wagon on the side of the road.

Try to be a bit early so we can get moving as close to eight as possible to keep the day free. I got a bunch of stuff to do tomorrow

 

I shall be there at 8AM.

 

Still no bike. I know Randy, time seems to stand still when you want something. I wish I could have traded up for that Stumpjumper comp.....they have it for less then 1800. There are some killer deals at Mike's this week.

Matt, thanks for the offer, but I picked up a CatEye wireless today at Mike's with some SPD520 pedals (for the new bike, whenever it arives).

Looks like I can't make tomorrows ride. I have to take my wife to Fairfield tomorrow morning. I will be going to Foresthill on Sunday, but it should be raining then, so no riding You guys be safe.

Nothing is going to keep me from next weekend's ride. I got to test out the new ride. It will be a dirt virgin.

 

Ohhh. And what time would you be at the Conflunce? It's probably to early for me but........

 

I would probably get there at 7:15 or so to make sure I didn't hold anybody up at the connector trailhead
