Yeah, Wednesday didn't work out. Because of Josey's new work schedule I've been averaging maybe 5 hours of sleep per night. Add that to the stress I've been under here at work and I just crashed. I was leaving work for the day Wednesday and was exhausted. I was worried that if I raced I might make a mistake that would seriously break my bike and/or cause me some injury so I went home and slept for about 3 and a half hours .

I'm hoping to race next week. We'll see how I feel.

As for this weekend, I'm thinking of taking it off from riding. My tailbone still hasn't fully healed from that wreck at Olmstead two weeks ago and I'm noticing that when I ride it makes it worse. I did a hard ride yesterday (13.5 miles in 1 hour flat) and on the way back my tailbone was killing me . If I'm going to race Wednesday I want to feel good. I really want to go run FHDL again soon - maybe next Saturday? Will have to see what's going on as we leave for our honeymoon Sunday.

Let me talk to the woman and see what's going on. We're trying to finish packing and buying all the stuff we need for the trip but we should be done by Friday night.. I hope

Sorry about not updating the post. Fourth of July parties owned me and I injured my arm on the river yesterday.

I want to ride FHDL this weekend. Saturday or Sunday?

 

Saturday will probably work, as long as it's early.
