9am for sho.

Mike - are you interested in maybe riding after work sometime? I could just bring my bike with me to work and head up towards Auburn in the afternoon. If you're nice we can ride FHDL

i'm pretty close from the office (approx 20 mins), i might be able to meet up in the hwy49/cool/quarry trail/salmon falls area for some after work action...
any nights but Tuesdays is good for me, (as long as the wife isn't tutoring that night. :\ )

Sweet! I didn't include you because I didn't know if your work schedule would agree Obviously after work rides are open to anyone I just thought Mike would be the most likely to be able to come.

Seriously, my bike is spotless. It hasn't even seen an actual trail yet, just dirt in the construction sites.

i tried to ride last night, but ended up spending all the daylight doing nothing!

i did finally get my garmin hooked up to the lappy. the serial>USB cable wouldn't work before but now it's all in there.

now i need to find some map software to overlay the plots on.

who has a link to that guys site (he's in Cali i think) where he made overlays and 3D topo maps of his rides?

no, it was a mountain bike guy...it was like ogre or something like that. he had olmstead loop and a few others he plotted.

i gotta search my bookmarks and see if i can find it (i think it may have been at my last place of employment so i don't know if i have it. )

*edit: here it is: http://ogrehut.net/

google FTW!

**edit#2: the site's been changed or i found the maps on another site...either way his site still has great trail info.

***Edit #3: found it! GPS maps plots here: http://www.iron-horse.us/mtb/
i was looking for this page cus it has all the software he uses and how to overlay the Garmin outputs to the maps.
woohoo...time to tinker. i also need to get a small, cheap, decent digital camera to take with me so i can start a webpage of my own!

I've been itching to ride after work, but demo work around the house has been taking up all of my evenings. Fortunately, I am almost done... with that portion.
