Matt, I'm going to ride on Sunday morning with my friend who just got the Giant, but we are only doing Clementine Lake Loop to Fuel Break to Confluence. Starting at 8:00. You could start the climb with us and then do connector + FDLT to get the miles I know you want Or you could just do the loop with us and then do it again or ride up Stagecoach + Upper + Mossy Rock + Flood + Stage back to the car???

Let me know.

Lance - Joe is back in for tomorrow and we're riding the Hole!!! I'm stoked!

I'll catch up with you guys next week - I don't think I'm gonna make my camping trip this week so let me know if you want to do a mid-week ride

Also, I'm doing the FATRAC HITG ride next weekend (7/15) if you dudes want to come.

I rode Olmstead yesterday for my first time back on dirt in 3 weeks. I took it easy and the ribs did not cause a problem. Other than feeling out of shape, I felt ok.

I'm going to do an FHC-FHL-FHL ride either Monday or Tuesday morning. If that goes ok, I think I'll be ready to ride with you guys again.

Good stuff Randy! Glad you're back on the bike. I hit Clementine>Fuel Break>Culvert>Confluence today with my friend who just got the Giant Trance (?) and he loved the loop...and for a 1st timer he did awesome!!! Even did a drop on Culvert that I haven't even done yet...and he also did the gap jump right behind me...it was a good day. He said the climb was a bit taxing though

Hitting Northstar on Wednesday if anyone is interested.

Matt- How was HITG today?

I figure Matt's out of the loop at the moment, but he broke his leg riding today
He's alright, I talked to him and Josey, but he's gonna be out of the running for a little bit

Just wanted to keep you guys in the know since Matt's drugged up a bit, I'm sure he'll post more details.

So, score sits at: tibia, fibia, and ankle. I gotta give Matt props, he ****ed it up good. I'm proud
Big jump, landed and pedal kicked up.....eesh.

He's off the bike for 6-9 months. He goes in surgery later today for the 6-million dollar man treatment, all kinds of Ti rods and screws and ****. He hasn't had anyting to eat or drink since before the ride yesterday becuase they're waiitng for surgery, so he's pretty wiped out, but they've got him on an IV and he's in ok shape and says it's not hurting. I'll keep you guys updated as I hear more.

Holy carp. Well, I guess if you are going to go, go big, right? Was he still engaged, or did his pedal click out?

This really sucks!!!!!!! Man I hate hearing this! The only thing good I can think of is that doctors are real conservative with their time estimates. He will probably be back sooner than what they say.

He hasn't had anything to eat or drink since before the ride yesterday because they're waiting for surgery, so he's pretty wiped out, but they've got him on an IV and he's in ok shape and says it's not hurting. All I can say is WOW!!!! I know he said he was riding HITG but I can't remember any big jumps...

Any idea where he was and if he had to get air-lifted out??? Sounds pretty major and a non-ride-able situation...

Please wish Matt good luck in surgery and a speedy recovery!
