Just wax your winshield. A couple of times... works for me.

So just use regular car wax? I thought about it, but then i thought i must be stupid until you said that. or maybe we both are. might try it anyways

If you use regular wax, the wax will only cover the situation. It will not take the waterspots away. You will eventually have to wax again.. then again... then again.. then again and again another time... Not worth it.

Polish the window once a year (if that) and just use a REALLY good window cleaner.

Stoner makes an aerosol spray glass cleaner called Invisaglass. Used it once, worked as advertised.

i have the same problem on my rx7, the spots seem to be staind in the glass i tried buffing them once and it helped a litle but not much as for my Rex i use rain-x to prevent the same thing from happening, no probs so far.

i think i am having more trouble getting them off now, because i rain-xed the windows while they were on there. Well at least i can't get them off now, so i'm guessing that contributed.

My front windshield is full of waterspots in the corners where the wiper blades dont hit. I think the spots are etched in my window now and I cant seem to get rid of it. I heard that using distilled viniger(sp?) ould dissolve the waterspots off but it just made my hands smell really bad. My friends say I should try glass polish and buff the spots out. Anyone have the same problem i got?
