This is true, but I've seen a significant increase in enforcement on the freeways lately. Motorcycle cops are screening cars on h1 traffic looking at tags and pulling over modified cars. The sherriffs in downtown have been recently trained and are freely giving out tickets on that side as well. I know I've been followed 3 or 4 times and I can tell that my recon sticker saved me from getting pulled over. I think the state needs money and realized that this is an easy money maker for them. I know it's a hassle but this $15 decal goes a long way.

thanks i'll measure today to see wdf is up but idk i just have to do something in order to pass this safety inspection so i can get my sticker n whatnot..pretty lame..
LOL I wanted to say that but didn't wanna be the first one to do so. I'll never get recon cause I think it's a waste of time. They can give me the ticket if they want I know my cars illegal. Besides the fine never goes up each time you get one anyway.
