Question Recon?

I recently got my car shipped in from California and went in to get a saftey check and the guy said I need recon. Can anybody tell me what they check for when you go in to get recon?
Is a turbo kit ok?

On a side note: I didn't know there was so many wrxs here, I must have seen about 8 within an hour of driving.

Cool Recon

If you look around there are places that will do the safety check with mods on your car. What do you have done to your car. The legal way is to get the recon which some have said is not that bad but some people have a hard time. But I say F--- recon just another way for the man to get his hands in my already empty pockets.

It's only a $15 or $20 fee for recon. Trust me...that fee is better than having to pay almost $300 in tickets when some a$$hole cop pulls you over and gives you crap for everything on your car...been there, done that, won't do it again.
