Machine Shops on Oahu
I used to get all my machine work done on my 74 Rolla @ Pele Bug. I heard some good stuff about Snyder's though.

Took it to the first Autocross event after the swap, runs good except I kept getting fuel starvation after coming out of a tight right hand loop. I had a little over a 1/4 tank of fuel.

Your fuel starvation can be solved with a surge tank and second external pump. Your right hand turns with low fuel evidently causes starvation because everything is shifted to the left, opposite of the in-tank pump.
OR, keep your tank full on track days, lol.

After a second round of autocross I think I need stiffer springs. I have the Prodrive WR kit, turn in is sharp on quick corners and slaloms but on long sweeping corners it just seems to wash out. I'm thinking of trying out the STi Gymkhana springs.

maybe bigger sways for the rear? its understeering through the slaloms and steady state turns?
maybe more front toe out, more front camber, less rear camber, 0 toe in the rear.
but maybe you autox subie experts would know better, because i only know front engine rwd nowadays..
