I have run cheaper brand turbos for years and years, maybe it's just lucky, but I have never had a single problem with one.
Even the big name turbos fail. I did a little research, and it seems that the kinugawa turbos are a good product.

I've been getting a few PM's regarding spool on the vf37
OMG early spool isn't the case. Compared to a similarly sized single scroll turbo. Its about the same maybe a tad quicker.
It doesn't magically give more power than any other comparably sized turbo. What it flows per min is what it flows.
What does make a big difference is the extremely fast transient boost response. Which is awesome.

Found this the other day:
Click the Image to jump to the thread on NASIOC
Although there is an argument that because the runners are longer on our cars there is less interference as a result with the single scroll manifold. But even with that said, it does have some improvement over the single scroll setup.

So after the big rain last week my front passenger side had water pooling about an 1.5in deep on the carpet. I cleaned up the water right away and ripped up the carpet and checked the ecu. The water didn't reach it so that's good. The car was in the driveway and all the windows and sunroof were closed wtf :/

Here's a little short review of RaceComp Engineering Tarmac 2's
Its been 2 day since I installed them and I'm liking them
Installed RCE Tarmac 2's on Saturday.
Slight modification of the rear brakeline brackets were needed but the install went smoothly and I was able to run them at AutoX the next day.
Overall the car felt very good and responded well on the course it felt a lot more composed and controlled. Turn-in is crisp and responds well to steering input. On my old suspension before the install it would turn in quick but the car felt as though it was wallowing around. One thing I'm happy with is that it killed all of my understeering problems, although it is a bit too tail happy now, It may be the fact that I drive with fists of ham and I'm on street tires. Can anyone else that had an old GC on coilovers chime in on their experience or setup? I haven't ridden in any other RS except mine so i don't have anything to compare it with.
Also these are stiff when they need to be and not as harsh as I thought they would be. Those asphalt patches on the freeway? Relatively smooth. Humps or transitions to bridges or whatever still are pretty significant and feel like I'm about to be launched from my seat. (H1 west bound by the zipper garage is pretty bad)

Just sent out my Prodrive WR kit struts to CA to be rebuilt by Bilstein.
$75 per corner and $63 to ship them up there, not sure on the shipping back though.
After I get them back I'm gonna use them for rallyx with king lift springs.
If it doesn't handle right then I'm gonna sell the kit and go with something else.

Yea the windshield trim piece, the one under the wiper blade arms has alignment pins, one of the holes for them is right above the fresh air inlet for the HVAC... Water gets in there and drips down and out around the fan housing.
I put it back together with a bunch of sealant and it seems to have gone away. Haven't had a big rain since. But I tested it with the garden hose and it seems good.
