yeah, seen it done - gy6 swaps are so easy now too - i actually wouldnt mind putting a stroked/bored gy6 in there just for the ease of it, but a little braaap* would be sick from a ruck too lol

as for the 2nd seat idea, here's the mockup: and i got all the materials besides a way to clamp it ready....

might not sleep tonight just because I want to see this thing done!

so as far as my rear seat project goes... it didnt end up anything like what i planned lol... but im amazed i had all of the materials laying around ... (or something like that...)

i ended up with this:

its got over 12" of foam (when uncompressed) and sits as firm as the stock seat, actually not half bad to sit on, but no rear end support (other than the tail lights..)

ninja edit!

so talking about the seat at work and i came across some 3" high density open cell packing foam used for the MRI machines we're installing - perfect seat material; i couldnt have asked for better - so this evening I'll probably be rehashing the idea, gluing some foam together and shaping it to be booty friendly lol

then this morning before work i found 3/4" styrofoam sheets i had laying around... so i guess i'll be re-doing it so I can shape it and make it look a little better + add some support for when I remove the tails...

Hope to shave up the new seat today but now that I had a new seatcover (thanks Justin!!!) since I'm removing the old one, I'm thinking to mimick the shape and use the old cover on the new seat... Which means naturally - wrench day!

So Justin, or anyone with a garage, I'll bring tools and a bbq - anyone wanna plan a wrench day?
