The stock up pipe 100% absolutely DOES have a flex section n00b.

hey whats that!!? Oh look its a flex section (I am holding one in my hand right now as I type, I went downstairs to look at it to be 100% sure.)
Oh and BTW, the STI up pipe ALSO has a flex section

Question-(please be patient!)
Clearly, I will be purchasing a FLEX uppipe. I have a question re: downpipe. Is this part of a turboback muffler or a seperate part to be added. I would like to do both installs toghether unbless the downpipe is a muffler part in which case I will wait.

I actualy was a mechanic for 7 years professionally. I grew up around cars, I do 100% of my own work.
The fact is that the factory up pipe has a flex. period. Its not opinion, its a fact. I have one with the heatsheilds taken off in my basement. Why would I just make that up? It doesnt even make sense that I would, as I have nothing to gain from lieing that it has one.
