i have tbe , up pipe , intake , bov, would puttin a sti top mount on my wrx make any difference, or would it make me boost less?

 

if you had a Boost controller, you could turn the boost up a little without fear of detonation. It makes the air cooler than the WRX intercooler. Still, it should make your car a little faster. Cooler denser charge = more hp

 

No, you would't notice much of a difference in performance. You could get real engine management from a few tuners like Cobb or Vishnu. Raising boost on a car with a full turbo back exhaust might see a lean condition under certain conditions without tailoring ignition advance and fueling.

I have an Sti intercooler and I have to say that i did not feel anything. You don't need it yet.
