Loss of Boost?

I seem to be having a problem that at least nobody I have found, has had in the past. I have pretty much a stock WRX (K&N panel, and TurboXS BOV-H) and I seem to be losing boost between 65 and 70mph when I mash the gas in 5th gear. I can't seem to get this to happen in any other gear. If you could please help me I would appreciate it. Thanks

Did you try to take off the bov and seeing if it does the same thing? Might not be it, but worth a shot to try.

This is a problem that has developed recently, I have had the BOV for a little over a year now. Sorry for not mentioning that.

your not giving enough information, try taking off the bov as the guy above me already said anyways.

losing boost as in pressure drop? check the lines to your factory boost solenoid, or the boost soleniod itself might be going out.

did it just start, or did you just notice it ?

the stock ECU will taper down the boost at the top of the RPM range, if you have never noticed this before, it might be what is happening.
