Exhaust Back-fire

Will an aftermaket BOV cause an exhaust backfire with a cat-less up-pipe, TXS stealth back exhaust, and stock muffler?

You can get a backfire without it. The aftermarket BOV will probably make it happen more often.

if u are running full catless, then yes... if their are cats... then mostlikely not

u probably won't hear a thing with the stock muffler on though

you wont hear anything with a stock muffler . . . when i ran catless [w/bov] and stock catback i didnt hear a thing
