Attn: Those with BOVs need help!

I just got a BOV. No instructions on putting it in. It came with the following

BOV
Gasket
Rubber Hose
Plastic T
Plug

Whats the plastic T and hose for. Cant I just hook up the factory hose going to the factory BOV to it???

Please HELP!!!

plastic t would most likely be for if you have a boost gauge, if not then reuse the straight connector from the factory.
