Does CA have any restrictions regarding blow off valves? any DMV code regarding BOVs? anyone in CA please help!

Pretty much anything you do to your car that does not have CARB number is illegal. Choose your mods wisely. If you want the BOV more audible do an uppipe and downpipe. Aftermarket will really make your BOV audible, but may mess with MAF readings.
