Anyone have GFB BOV I can hear - West LA - Other BOVs?

Hey all, just got my 04 WRX and I want to get a BOV - I know it does nothing except for the sound, but I really like the sound. Does anyone in socal have a GFB Hybrid or Stealth BOV I can hear, either at one of the socal meets, or if you're near West LA I can drive to your place. Any other recommendations for BOVs? And any problems with the GFB? Thanks...

I have the GFB Hybrid. I'm running it at 50/50. Come to the Cal Poly meets wednesdays at 8. Everyone else there has the HKS one running at 100%.

Unfortunately I can't make it out on Wednesday nights, but I can make it to the Life meets on sunday nights. How do you like your GFB? How loud is it?

Aren't any of the others with the HKS having CEL and MAP problems running 100% atmosphere? Thanks...

Yeah they get CEL errors.

i got a GFB hybrid at 100%, i have had no CEL problems and it sounds good, its pretty loud especialy in a parking garage

sup guys. I live in socal and i go to calpoly and im new to this forum. Im considering gettin the GFB stealth but i dont really kno much about it. Are there meets comin up where i can hear some of ur GFB BOV's in action?

I've been wanting to talk to someone and hear the GFB BOV myself for some time. If someone is going to the Dromo meet on 6/14 that would be cool.

I live in WLA near LAX or we can meet somewhere. I will be getting my stealth bov on mon (6/16) then having it installed that night. you could stop by or something. pm me or something. lmk. i will most likely be at the autox on the 29th at cal speedway.

i have the Turbo XS Real F---- Loud Type H BOV, very loud, no improvement, but its a fun toy.. No Cels but When run wot, and then let off, the RPM jumps up, running rich for a few milliseconds, and causes my overall gas mileage to go down, but for fun its worth it, and its hella loud!!!!!!!!!!
