What's the point of your argument then? I know of several guys on this site with STi's that will absolutely smoke your 98, HP TO WEIGHT RATIO, you may even have 500+ hp but your car still weighs 3600lbs+, which means......ding ding ding...... we have a winner.....any STi with 400hp will leave you and your mullet blowing in the breeze......WAY BEHIND....echo.....echo....
I love mustangs, I love hot rods, I really love imports, but your whole argument has definitely proved my belief that alot of mustang guys pissed their panties and got all butthurt when the STi came out and laid down a low 13........HA HA f*ckin HA...... and this car wasn't even built with drag racing in mind......03-04's definitely were built with drag racing in mind......So please just drop this already, it's not our fault that you have been OWNED!!!

you guys are owned by any year modded cobras. and 03/04 cobras are still the fastest production cars for the $ and can be made faster than anything out for the cheapest.
yeah my little 281 N/A 98 will beat 90% of you guys. an STI with some good mods is the only one that will take me unless you dump thousands into a wrx. i did show you the 03/04 is underrated. my friend has one! it's not like i've never been in one, seen them run or been lookin to buy one for the last 2 years. again, say what you want. you know who to bow down to on the streets.

Well that's why I own mine, so I can go a different route and have a different look. I try to be different that's why I bought my car, and besides the fact that they can beat cobras.

should be consistent 13.1. time will tell. it's faster after the 1/4 anyway. est. 360 hp + 4.10 gears. if god was driving at the track 12's possible. havent lost to an sti on the street.
and i read somewhere that my car is only 3300 lbs... + driver. it's not 3600, thats the 03. mines a little lighter, being a little smaller
